City of Kelowna Sandra Kochan is the cultural services manager for the City of Kelowna. She started her professional career after nine years as a lawyer in private practice. After retiring from practice in 1989, she spent 13 years in the Okanagan wine industry. A consulting contract in cultural tourism led to links and an eventual long-term relationship with Cultural Services. Sandra worked as the City’s public art coordinator for five years before accepting the position in March 2009.
