Ruth Malli

Ruth Malli is the city manager for the Town of Ladysmith. She is keenly interested in leadership development and sustainability and is currently a board member of the University of Victoria, school of public administration advisory board and the leadership society of Vancouver Island. She is a former board member of the government finance officers association; the local government management association’s women in leadership; Vancouver Island University institute of community leadership and innovation and was the founding chair of leadership BC-Ladysmith. With more than 20 years of senior management experience, Ruth is a certified general accountant, a certified management consultant and she has an MBA in executive management (leadership).
