Robert Parlane

Robert Parlane is an associate with CEI Architecture Planning Interiors in Kelowna. Robert was CEI’s project manager for the Okanagan College - Centre of Excellence from its inception in 2009, when the goal of the Living Building Challenge was first contemplated. In this role, he has led and coordinated the CEI consultant team, through a dynamic and evolving design process. He has represented CEI at numerous international and regional conferences to discuss the Okanagan College project. Prior to 2002, Robert studied and worked as an architect in the city of Bath; one of the most exquisite examples in Europe of high density living and use of local materials. He has long been a proponent for sustainable construction, both traditional principles and new technologies.
