Randy Cleveland

Randy Cleveland is the director of infrastructure planning with the City of Kelowna. Currently, Randy’s department is responsible for the planning of all municipal infrastructure systems, including buildings, to achieve interdisciplinary integration, timely and appropriate levels of service, and high performance across a balanced scorecard of sustainability objectives. As a registered architect with a master’s degree in planning, Randy has worked in academia, the private sector, and as a senior manager in all three levels of government to build community capacity for increased resilience and adaptation to anticipated and unexpected change in complex urban systems.
