Mark Brown

Mark Brown has been employed with the Town of Qualicum Beach for 32 years (22 years as CAO). During his tenure he has performed the duties of corporate administrator, treasurer, collector, approving officer, and planner. Mark has an Associate in Commerce, Municipal Government Administration from Malaspina University College (now Vancouver Island University), and a Diploma in Public Sector Management from the University of Victoria. He has received Intermediate, Senior and Advanced Certificates from the Board of Examiners. Mark is past president of both the LGMA and Vancouver Island Chapter of LGMA and is currently vice president of CivicInfo BC.
