Felice Mazzoni

Felice Mazzoni is manager of planning services for Focus Corporation. Felice’s innovative sustainability techniques are leading edge in BC and Canada and are used as models for public participation, policy creation and implementation. His area of interest is sustainable community planning and policy development initiatives including alternative development standards, community energy planning, density bonusing and amenity incentives and affordable housing. His innovation and “outside-the-box” rural public process and policy creation has been recognized as excellence in planning by the Union of British Columbia Municipalities, the Federation of Canadian Municipalities and the Planning Institute of British Columbia. His 14 years of municipal planning experience spans both regional and municipal governments.
