Dr. Andrew Larder
Dr. Andrew Larder is the senior medical health officer with the Interior Health Authority, after joining the organization in 2007. Prior to joining Interior Health, Dr. Larder worked as a medical health officer in Cranbrook and Abbotsford. Dr. Larder completed medical school at the University of Cambridge and residency training in family medicine at the University of Alberta. After working for several years as a family physician, he completed specialty training in public health and preventive medicine in Calgary in 1997. He has a special interest in environmental health, and is currently a member of the British Columbia Environmental Health Policy Advisory Committee.
