Aura Rose

Aura Rose is the principal of Healthwise Communications and has specialized in consulting to the healthcare industry for the last 12 years, working with areas as diverse as environmental management, planning, purchasing, human resources and medical administration. Involved in the greening healthcare movement since 2003, when she sat on Interior Health’s green committee, Aura has worked with various organizations including Practice Greenhealth, Health Care Without Harm, the American GPO Novation, the American Hospital Association and PHSA on reducing healthcare’s environmental footprint. She sits on the board of the Canadian Coalition for Green Healthcare and on the CleanMed 2012 organizing committee. Aura speaks and writes regularly on environmentally responsible healthcare issues.
