Aman Hundal

Aman Hundal is the manager, sustainability and waste operations with the Interior Health Authority. Aman provides coordination, leadership, and engagement to over 18,000 staff spread over a large geographic region. Over the last seven years, Aman has worked in a number of roles within healthcare in various departments which has increased his understanding of healthcare. He has seen first-hand the impacts of climate change in Fort St. James, B.C., his childhood home. The changing snowfall patterns and the pine beetle infestation have been hard to ignore and Aman applies this awareness to his position. Aman holds a master’s degree from California State University, San Bernardino and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern British Columbia.
